I called G.g, and was told that only the award ceiling and the closing
date had changed, but they couldn't tell me if we are required to
resubmit on the "new" proposal forms.  I called the Dept. of Ed contact,
and there was no answer, which I expected as it was after their standard
working hours.

Any thoughts?  Suggestions?  Pain medication?
