Hi all-
A department is filling out a proposal they plan to submit for a MURI.
They plan to cost share even though it is not required and  have built
their entire budget such that it includes the amount that will be
cost-shared. They are asking me how to show that using the 424 R&R
Budget form. The only thing I can think of might be to show it in the
OTHER section as a line item and enter the total cost share amount as a
negative number.

Has anyone run into this who could shed some light on it?
