Maybe it's just the Friday-itis creeping in, but I'm having issues with grants.gov forms for an upcoming NIH AREA. The PHS 398 Research Plan Form makes it clear that we need to upload each section of the project description separately. No problem. Another required form, the Research and Related Other Project Information Form has two required fields, highlighted in bright yellow, for the project summary and narrative to be uploaded. Isn't the narrative the same as the Research Plan? Or do I have to go find the *$(# instructions again?
