Hello Camilla, I agree with Elsa, as I was going to write the same thing to you when I saw her reply to your question. If it is not related to any of his research grants, it should be reimbursed from non-sponsored funds, such as a gift fund. Another issue might be that expenditures for this presentation not affect work and expenditures necessary for the grant project.
