Yes, but as you may recall, NIH has two days to pick the proposals up
from the GGov system and then has two additional days to process and
post on their website.

Just checking to see if I am the only one experiencing problems with
Grants.gov since late Friday. We submittted a number of NIH proposals
via G.g on Friday, the last being at 5:43 PM EDT. All but the last
one
went through the normal process including NIH Commons
validation/verification. The last proposal did not yet make it
through
the Grants.gov process. We got the 1st 2 G.g e-mail messages
(proposal
receipt, proposal validation at 2:10 AM on Sat, 9/30) but that's where
it ended. We have yet to get the last 2 G.g e-mails indicating
pick-up
by NIH, and it has not showed up in the Commons. We contacted G.g
help
desk and Commons help desk. G.g referred us to NIH, and NIH kicked us
back to G.g.
Looks like there may be a breakdown in the G.g process. Anybody else
having this problem????
