The Corporate Compliance and Audit Department of Albany Medical Center is seeking applicants for the position of Grant Internal Auditor for the Internal Audit Function.  Under the direction of the Senior Auditor, you will assist the Department with operational, compliance and investigative audits of sponsored projects/grants.  In addition to strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, the successful candidate should have the following:

§ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
§ CPA and/or CIA preferred
§ 2 years auditing experience
§ Knowledge of policies, procedures, circulars, and regulations applicable to grant &          contract activity, in particular OMB Circulars A-110, A-122, A-133 and NIH Grants Policy Statements.
§ Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Access
