Good morning/afternoon-

We'd like to develop a review sheet that our office will use in
evaluating declined proposals for resubmission.  This will be a way for
us to make formal recommendations to the PI on changes to the content,
format, or even program and funder for a revised proposal.  It would
also give us a way to regulate our follow-up on declines, as well as
show how we are working with PIs to capitalize on constructive reviewer
comments.

Does anyone have a form like this already developed and in practice?
I'd be interested in comments about its usefulness, both to the
sponsored programs office and to PIs.  Plus, it would be nice not to
have to reinvent the wheel. <grin>
