Re: NASA and Expanded Authorities-more Ashley Turbeville 13 Sep 2006 15:21 EST

We have the link already on our website. I have a copy in my binder
already. We are ahead of the game! For Once!

At the suggestion of two great colleagues at UC, I have looked further
in
the NASA requirements for grants and cooperative agreements with all
institutions of higher education-FDP and non FDP alike. Based on
NASA's
"Grant and Cooperative Agreement Handbook Subpart B, "Uniform
Administrative
Requirements for Grants and Cooperative Agreements with Institutions
of
Higher Education, Hospitals, and Other Non-Profit Organizations" I
have
found that certain expanded authorities do indeed apply under OMB
Circular
No. A-110 and NASA's choices in alternatives offered by A-110. You
can
find the full text of the handbook at:
http://ec.msfc.nasa.gov/hq/grcover.htm

See Subpart "B" Section 1260.125 Revision of budget and program plans.
Good
stuff.

Thanks to all!
