I have a PI preparing a proposal that includes yearly rental of robotics
equipment from a company in Japan.  Does anyone have advice for me on
issues that I need to be aware of or what needs to be included in the
contract?  The proposal will go to the National Science Foundation.
They already know which company they want to use and do not plan to put
out an open bid.
