You're correct, it is not posted yet. Several folks emailed to me the
draft
versions (one NIH and one NSF) discussed at the May FDP meeting (thank

A few days ago someone posted a message to the list indicating that
there is
a sample subaward agreement for a foreign institution posted to the
FDP
website. I looked but could not find it.  I don't recall who posted
the
message but if he/she or anyone else can help me pinpoint the document
on
the FDP website I will be eternally grateful.
