With the upcoming transition to Grants.gov by several agencies, our
organization is researching all options for electronic proposal
submission.  We are asking if you could respond to a quick "survey" on
the solution(s) your institution is using for submission of proposals
via Grants.gov.  If you could indicate the solution that pertains to
your institution and respond directly to me by August 18th I would
