In the fall, we will be submitting our first NIH proposal and our first proposal through grants.gov.  I was wondering if anyone could recommend any resources or training that might help us through this very daunting process.

On a related note, does anyone have a template for a conflict of interest policy for NIH submissions?  We have one for NSF submissions, but I am not sure if NIH has any additional conditions that we need to include.
