I am working on a budget for a proposal to the U.S. Department of
Education.  Does anyone know whether they will allow us to budget for
lease of computers for the proposed staff?  Our campus has a lease
program that allows the turnover of every computer in a rotating three
year cycle.  We would rather budget for the lease amount every year
rather than the purchase in the first year.
