Re: H 1B visa expedited fee Elsa Nadler 12 Jul 2006 11:46 EST

Hello, folks,
I cannot find the citation, but I thought that the expedited processing
fee was unallowable on federal awards (although allowable with
justification on non-federal ones). The regular visa processing fee IS
allowable.

Can someone clarify and locate the citation, if one exists?
 thanks, Elsa

Brenda, Michigan has a written policy and allows the expedited
processing fee. See
