Hello, folks,
I cannot find the citation, but I thought that the expedited processing
fee was unallowable on federal awards (although allowable with
justification on non-federal ones). The regular visa processing fee IS
allowable.
Can someone clarify and locate the citation, if one exists?

Brenda, Michigan has a written policy and allows the expedited
processing fee. See
