We have a fixed-price agreement with the American Trucking Association
and it is flow down money from the government.  Our folks have performed
the deliverables and we have invoiced.  They are not wanting to pay us
the full amount that was agreed upon.  Instead they have told our folks
that they are not sure what they want as far as the performance of the
deliverables.  We have been going back and forth on the deliverables and
we are still trying to get paid

I would like to hear from anyone who has dealt with a similar type of
