Re: USDA / Fish&Wildlife Permit? Karyn W. Langguth 15 Jun 2006 16:08 EST
Yes, some very odd things get imported in the name of science. I used to work in a lab which was studying the stomach contents of kangaroos... But in answer to the question of permits, I haven't had to apply for one directly (our lab safety office handles this for us), but you may wish to try this web-site: "www.aphis.usda.gov". It's got the rules, contact info, etc. Good luck! Karyn Mike McCallister <xxxxxx@UAL R.EDU> To Sent by: Research xxxxxx@hrinet.org Administration cc List <xxxxxx@hrinet. He will be performing analyses of the samples in his lab. We need specific USDA and US Fish and Wildlife permits/approvals to be able to import and take delivery of the samples. Would someone with experience in this regard please let me know how we need to go about this?
