Maybe you can help.
I have a sub award budget that has been prepared for inclusion in the
overall DOE submission to Grants.Gov.
I noticed that they had 3 years in the budget when there should have only
been 2. (at that point the total budget was doubled)
I asked them to remove the third year and they could not find a way so they
entered zeroes.  It gets me to the right budget amount, but they have the
year 2001 in there and I think it will be a problem trying to submit.
I tried working with a copy of the file and resetting the third year.  That
put everything back to yellow, but I could not get back to year 2, so I
suspect that did not work.
Any suggestions?
