The consortium direct costs are part of your direct costs for
calculating the budget for a capped program. To calculate YOUR F&A, you
then add the consortium F&A to the modular amount and multiply. Is that
just about clear as mud?

Hi folks, on a hot Friday afternoon in the South.  Dumb question, but
I
can't find the citation.  Does the consortium direct costs AND the
appropriate consortium F&A count as part of the prime's direct costs,
particularly in regards to hitting a specific dollar amount overall?

Maybe it's Friday and I'm not thinking clearly.
