We submitted one late yesterday and are also waiting.  The grants.gov
page says it takes up to 48 hours and earlier postings on this listserve
say it does indeed take a long time sometimes.  Hope this is reassuring.

I submitted an NIH R21 yesterday via grants.gov and have yet to receive
any of the emails that grants.gov usually sends.  I do have the
confirmation page that is generated when a proposal is submitted via
grants.gov.  Is anyone else who submitted an NIH yesterday having
problems with not receiving any grants.gov confirmation or validation
emails?
