Yesterday, it was taking several hours to get the initial grants.gov flurry
of e-mails, followed later by the NIH e-mails; I imagine the significant
volume has created traffic problems.

I assume that you're the authorized official and that your e-mail is the one
to whom the notifications will be sent?
