I had one accepted into eRA Commons but certain pages didn't show up when we
looked at the pdf file on there.  We submitted another ohe and did not
reject the previous one and they just substituted it.

Need some brain cell checking.  If we resubmit to make corrections to a
proposal sent via Grants.gov, are we required to "reject" the first
submission in Commons?  Or does the second G.g submission automatically
overwrite into Commons?
