I think this has been answered before, but (as usual) I can't find the
posting.

After the first resubmission in g.g, when we put the number of the first
submission in, what number gets referenced in the form?  the
first-of-all assigned number, or the number of the first resubmission?

It's early, and I'm cranky already, so no jokes!
