We have had this problem consistently.  It is not you.

Solution: call and tell them you are faxing the info and then follow-up
to assure they received them.  Even then there is no guarantee but at
least you have verification that they have received them.

Subject: [RESADM-L] ASAP Version 2.0 Update

Is anyone else out there continuing to get notifications that you must
update your ASAP registration to be able to use the new 2.0
version--after you've already submitted your update form?  We've
submitted the form twice and are still being told that we're on the
"non-responsive" list and won't get paid through the 2.0 system.  I'm
trying to figure out if there's a communication problem at the federal
level or if I've missed something.  Thanks.
