This probably won't help, but here goes:

We had one AOR unable to submit because there were some AOL plug-ins on
her machine interfering with the ability of PureEdge to connect to the
web.

A smart young IT person dealt with it quickly and the submission went thru.

[We may have to catalog all these tricks.]
