I have had several people end up with the following message -

"An Error Has Occurred ...

Couldn't Launch Viewer"

And while my PI's may not have had the most recent PureEdge update, I do
and I still cannot open the document.

Be careful that the program was installed directly on the user's
computer.  If there was a mass installation using a disk image to make
the installation, then there can be a problem that the user computer is
not fully loaded.

Hint....
We were submitting to Grants.gov and the AOR had signed in and pushed
all the right buttons but nothing was happening...except sands in the
hourglass.  Reason?  AOR had installed PureEdge but NOT the PureEdge
update.  After we put that in, all went thru fine.  (Now we know what
the update does)
