Your application has made it through the Grants.gov checks, and is now
being submitted to Commons.  This is a more extensive business rules
check, and is more likely to result in error messages or warning.

OK guys, what am I missing.  I just submitted an R21 thru G.g ;
received an
e-mail stating "your application has been received by G.g and is
currently
being validated."

One minute later, I got another e-mail stating "application has been
received and validated by G.g and is being prepared for Grantor agency
retrival and review".

Is this it?  It was validated within 2 minutes of submission???  Can
this be
right?
