Please see below. Note that our progress has been marked by cross
training between pre- and post-award tasks. Thus, I cannot always draw
clean lines between pre- and post-award and do not believe in doing that
for teamwork and staff confidence and job security. We have an active on
and off campus professional development programs that has the outcome of
sustaining staff and eliminating turnover which is endemic in so many
offices especially at the lower non-professional levels.
