I am preparing a presentation on Pre-award ERA for an upcoming research
administrator's meeting.  I am looking for examples of how organizations
have successfully implemented ERA into the various aspects of Pre-award.
This could include proposal development, funding opportunities, budget
development, internal routing, proposal submission, compliance, award
negotiation, etc.  If you have something that is working well or that
you are in the process of implementing and willing for it to be used as
