Eleanor,
You might try Federal Assistance Monitor for a bi-weekly publication -
depends on the content you're seeking.

Dear Research Administrators,
Our office used to subscribe to Research Policy Alert (formerly the
Washington Fax) from FDC Reports. We learned recently that Research Policy
Alert is going to be discontinued effective immediately. The alternative
subscription choices from FDC are too medical or too industry specific for
our office to simply transfer the subscription.
Can anyone recommend a good daily or weekly subscription that provides
comprehensive information about federal grant policy, news and agency
coverage?
Many thanks for the feedback!
If you have any questions or need further assistance please do not hesitate
to contact me at 617-353-4365 or xxxxxx@bu.edu.
