Questions regarding Program Income

1. Does your university policy on program income apply only to
federal/federal flowthrough or also to  projects funded by non-federal
sources.

2.  How do you handle any program income left over when the project is
ended? Are there differences depending on the type of sponsor?  or
whether the contract was fixed price or cost reimbursable?
