Greetings!!  Has anyone been successful in negotiating with federal
agencies (in particular the DOT-FMCSA) on the type of award?  We keep
getting Time & Material contracts, and we are a sub on a few federal
flow-thru's that "require" T&M type, too.  As someone who has spent
my research admin career on the pre-award side of the fence, I'd love
to talk to someone on the post-award side about how these T&M awards
are handled.

If anyone can talk Monday a.m. or yet today, I'd love to hear from

feel free to post a "T&M awards for Dummies" to the listserve...there
might be one or two other inquiring minds!!
