Folks, At the risk of sounding like a badly cracked record, please look at the "To:" line on your e-mails. E-mail coming ***FROM*** the RESADM-L list will read xxxxxx@HRINET.ORG on that line and the individual who sent it in the "From:" space. When you simply reply ***TO*** an e-mail message, your reply ALSO goes to the entire list (unless you have replaced the list's address with an individual's address in the "to" line). many thanks to all, Elsa Elsa G.
