Subject: Re: [RESADM-L] Mac Bootcamp - answer to Grants.gov Mac issue?
All I know is that the newest Macs are Intel-based. I spoke with one of
our PIs who has a really "new looking" Mac...and his is not Intel-based.
(Of course new looking to me means that is fancier than my Powerbook 160 at
home).

Charlie,

is the Intel-based Mac the latest version? Or how does
it differ from other Macs? Does it go by any other name?

Intel-based Macs only...but certainly better than Citrix

Just received word that Apple will include technology in the next
major release of Mac OS X, Leopard, that lets you install and run the
Windows XP operating system on your Mac. Called Boot Camp (for now),
you can download a public beta today.
Boot Camp lets you install Windows XP without moving your Mac data.
For more, see http://www.apple.com/macosx/bootcamp/
Is this the answer we've been seeking for Mac users???????
