We also had trouble submitting the S10 NIH Shared Instrumentation Grant,
PAR-05-028.
It kept kicking back from the Commons with errors that were obscure at best
and undecipherable at worst.
Finally, NIH said was corrected and should go through.
We are keeping our fingers crossed.
