Re: NIH Shared Instrumentation Grant Program (S10) Regeane Villarson 27 Mar 2006 11:27 EST

We submitted 3 grants for the SIG. The grant that was "new" went through
without a problem. However the other two were "resubmissions" and we are
still waiting for the eRA Commons e-mail to verify the grant. Maybe that
is the problem or "programming error" . They maybe having problems with
the resubmissions. Were your SIG grants resubmission or a new
application?

Best,

I spoke with someone this morning at the NIH helpdesk. He told me
that
there is a "programming error" being received for this proposal. He
did say that once they knew what the error was, that we would have to
resubmit our proposal. They assigned us a service ticket number and
placed us on some sort of list. The number I called is 301-402-7469.
The recording warned that because of the submission process, they were
receiving a high volume of calls; however, I was able to speak with a
representative within a minute.

Subject: [RESADM-L] NIH Shared Instrumentation Grant Program (S10)

Good Morning,

Our office submitted an NIH Shared Instrumentation Grant (1 S10
RR022414-01) through grants.gov on March 23rd. We received our
conformation from grants.gov that the proposal was accepted and was
being forwarded to the agency. According to NIH guidelines, we should
have received an email from them stating that they had received the
application and that the PI and the Authorized Representative needed
to
log in and authorize the submission.

We have not received any emails from NIH yet regarding this proposal.

Did anyone else submit an application to this solicitation? If so,
have
you received any notices from NIH about going into the commons system
and authorizing the submission?

Thanks for your help!
