Greetings to all....

I'm attempting to make an argument to my HR division regarding the
difference between a clinical research associate and a basic science
research associate.  It is my contention that the experienced basic
science research associate commands a higher pay scale.

Can any of you out the provide me with a job description and general
pay scale for the position of an experienced basic science research
associate.
