You actually automatically get access.  Go to this page:
http://www.hrinet.org/cgi-bin/wa?GETPW1=
You'll then be able to set a password which will be confirmed via email.

To all:  for regular searches via the web archive, you go not need a
password.  However, everyone's email address is hidden to avoid people
getting spammed.  In order to see the addresses, it will ask you to login,
which is where you'll use the password you're setting in the above step.
