At our institution we have some PI's that will be traveling for their
research project but want to add on to their business trip a personal
trip, from the destination of the research trip. We are not sure if
we should allow this and if we do allow this how do you determine
what portion of the airline ticket can be charged to the federal award?

Any information or procedures that other Universities have in regards
to combining personal travel with business travel would be appreciated.
