Susan,
We are treating this as no different than other 'crazy' deadlines
-- such as DOD's SBIR program with a 6a deadline.
We're stating this in our workshops, meetings, on website and
every other opportunity we can think of that our office hours will remain
M-F 8a - 5p.
Emphasizing, of course, that we're ready-willing-able to assist them with
submissions
during those times only.  So far...no big upheaval.
