Hello RESADM-L'ers,

Do any of your institutions essentially prohibit classified or
publication-restricted research, but allow for exceptions?  If so, can
you share your policy on this with me as well as your procedures
describing how such exceptions are approved and by whom?  (That is, of
course, if you have written policies covering this; if not, a short
summary of your practices would also be greatly appreciated.)

me.
