Hi everybody.  I'm wondering if anyone out there has a model
or template of a subcontract for an NIH sponsored clinical
trial that they would be willing to share.  We have been
offered a subcontract from a drug company for an NIH
sponsored clinical trial but the terms are totally different
from other clinical trial agreements/contracts.  Can anyone
help?  Does anyone have any sage advice about these kind of
subcontracts?
