My understanding is that, technically, you have to correct all "errors"
before Commons will accept it (before the deadline). . . then you have two
days to "validate" in Commons (after the deadline).
However, NIH posted a nice little message on the Commons site yesterday
saying that during the transition period, they are allowing resubmissions of
"errors" the week after the deadline. So that's what some of us are doing
today still working on the AREA submissions.
