Looks like we are in the lead on submission attempts - we're up to 8!

We're still getting the Indirect Costs calculation error.

I think that we have tried every combination and permutation (for you
statistics fans) of rounding up, down, and around. We've changed the IC
base so that when multiplied by the rate it comes out to an even number,
etc., etc.,etc................

Fortunately, we all have nothing else to do, so sitting around waiting
for the error messages is a great way to pass the time - yeh, right.
