*CORRECTION FOR GRANT EMAIL SENT FEB. 1, 2006

*Yesterday an email was sent with an error stating that the American
Foundation for Aging Research had a deadline for December 2005.  That
deadline was for spring semester applications.  Though some of our
awards have deadlines, we accept applications at any time during the
year as our general awards do not have deadlines. At this moment, our
only impending deadline  is April 15, 2006,  for North Carolina
Residents only, who are applying for our GlaxoSmithKline Foundation of
NC, for the Fall 2006 semester.

*Please encourage your students to complete a pre-application at
www.AmericanAgingResearch.org at any time.*  After we have evaluated
their pre-application we can make decision as to what types of awards
they qualify for and whether or not to send a full application.
