We have just gone through a reorganization at our institution and want to make sure we are in compliance with all agencies that we need to be in compliance with.  Can anyone tell me what approvals are required for research institutions on an annual basis?  We have received the annual approval from the Office of Research Integrity, can anyone tell me of any others that are required?
