this list had a flurry of communication regarding the lack of quality
institutionalized educational programming for research administrators
(RA).  Cleveland State University decided that we would sieze the
opportunity and provide  the level of education desired by you.  With
the assistance of the Society of Research Administrators International,
we surveyed the field, developed the curriculum in conjunction with
expert leaders in the RA and are now are offering an executive format
