PIs who are not interested in protecting patent rights
Sharp, William C 18 Jan 2006 09:30 EST
Can anyone on the list think of examples you would care to share with me
of PIs who do not seem to care about protecting their patent rights when
negotiating the terms of an agreement with an external sponsor? No
names are necessary! What were their reasons for not being concerned
about protecting their patent rights? I'm trying to gather some
real-life examples to provide to some authors working on article related
to this topic.
Thanks for any help you can give us on this!
