Happy New Year from NDSU!

For those of you that are catching some quieter time in the office
during the holidays...quick question...have you dealt with funding
from NATO?  We have an award that has been made from NATO to a US
federal agency, and a faculty member at our institution is identified
as the NATO country co-Director.  The project is being done in
Russia.  Attached to the funding provisions and terms and conditions
is an Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) agreement, that is different
than anything I have seen before.

Have any of you successfully negotiated changes to this IPR?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
