Does anyone have 12-month, salaried individuals (Deans, Center
Directors, Program Directors, etc.) getting paid through a grant?  Are
these individuals receiving extra compensation for their work on the
grant above and beyond their base salaries?  How is this handled in
regards to time and effort reporting?
